In most cases, this is because they don't know where to start and the process can appear overwhelming.
Safeguard Iowa Partnership is partnering with West Des Moines Police Department and Polk County Emergency Management to host a 4 hour workshop on business continuity planning March 12th.
This workshop will guide you through the development of your basic plan and provide you with tools to make the job manageable.
